These terms cover your use of this website. The specifics of any job — scope, price, and scheduling — are agreed directly with Rooted Oak Tree Care by phone, text, or in person.
Quotes & estimates
The starting prices shown on this site are guides only — height, lean, access, and what sits under the canopy move the number. Your actual price is the written quote we give you after seeing the tree, confirmed before any work begins. Assessments are free and carry no obligation.
Scheduling & service
Storm and hazard calls are prioritised when we have a crew free, but same-day response is not guaranteed. We'll always tell you the soonest slot when you contact us. We reserve the right to decline any job — for example, work that requires a utility to de-energise a line first.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure the trees are yours to work on — or that you have the owner's permission — and that our crew and chipper can reach them. Tell us up front about anything unusual: septic fields, irrigation lines, buried utilities, tight gates, or a shared property line.
